I started ReadyToSubmit after my friends and I faced repeated problems while applying for government exams. A photo slightly above the portal's size limit or a signature saved in the wrong format can block an application at the final upload step.
These are people who studied for months — only to be blocked by a file format error. The existing "solutions" online required uploading sensitive documents to random servers in other countries. That felt wrong.
So I built tools that work in your browser. When you choose a file, JavaScript and Canvas APIs read and process it locally on your device. The result is generated in your browser for download; your selected image or PDF is not sent to our server. Just open the tool, fix your document, download it, and submit your application with confidence.
Our Journey
The Problem Discovery
Saw exam aspirants in forums desperately asking why their SSC/IBPS photos kept getting rejected. Existing tools required file uploads to servers — a privacy nightmare for Aadhaar-linked documents.
Built the First Validator
Created a browser-based photo validator that checks SSC requirements without uploading files anywhere. Shared it on Reddit and exam forums — got 1,000 users in the first week.
Expanded into a Complete Document Toolkit
Added PDF compressors, signature tools, image converters, DPI checkers, and exam-specific validators. Supported tools process selected documents locally in the browser instead of uploading them to our server.
Used Daily Across India
Covering SSC, IBPS, UPSC, Railways, Defence, and State PSC exams. Students from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, UP, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, and across India use our tools every day.
Your Privacy Is Not Negotiable
Other tools upload your Aadhaar-linked photos to servers. We don't.
We Never See Your Files
All processing happens in your browser using JavaScript. Your photos, signatures, and PDFs never leave your device.
No Document Storage
Selected photos, signatures, and PDFs are processed locally in your browser. The file bytes are not uploaded to our server for conversion. Site analytics and advertising may still collect normal page-usage data, but not the contents of your selected files.
Transparent Technology
Built with Next.js and open web technologies. Every tool uses client-side Canvas and File APIs — verifiable in your browser dev tools.
