ReadyToSubmit is designed with a "Local-First" architecture. Unlike traditional web applications that upload your files to a server for processing, our tools utilize JavaScript to perform all actions directly on your machine.

When you "submit" or "process" a file:

• The data is loaded into your device's Volatile Memory (RAM).
• All calculations and transformations happen within the browser's sandbox.
• We do not persist these files on our servers. Temporary data in the page becomes unavailable to the site when you close, refresh, or leave the page, subject to normal browser behavior.

ReadyToSubmit does not use first-party tracking cookies or store personal information in LocalStorage or SessionStorage.

However, we use the following third-party services that may set their own cookies:

• Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use our site (page views, session duration). Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _gid. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.
• Mediavine — to display advertisements that help keep this service free. Mediavine and its ad partners may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting NAI Opt-Out or DAA Opt-Out.
• Tally — the embedded support form on our contact page. If you submit that form, the information you enter, such as your name, email address, and message, is sent to Tally and stored in our Tally account so we can respond. Do not submit identity documents or other sensitive files.

These services help us improve the site and keep it free. Your files and documents are never shared with any of these services — all file processing remains 100% local in your browser.

File Data: ReadyToSubmit does not upload or retain user-selected files for tool processing. Processing happens in your browser's memory. We do not provide server-side storage for user documents, but normal browser caches and downloads remain under your control.

Analytics Data: Google Analytics may process information such as page views, approximate location, browser or device details, and tool interaction events according to Google's settings and retention policy. We do not intentionally send file contents or original filenames in these events.

Cookies and support submissions: Third-party cookies set by Google Analytics and advertising providers expire according to their settings. Tally support submissions are retained according to the Tally form settings and may remain until deleted. Deleted Tally submissions may remain in Tally's trash or backups according to Tally's retention process. You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings.

Tool files are not uploaded for processing and are therefore not available in a ReadyToSubmit file database. Analytics, advertising, and support-form data are handled by the named providers. For a request about a Tally submission or our support records, contact us at the email below and do not send identity documents.

You have full control over the local environment. If you wish to ensure a completely clean slate, you can clear your browser's cache or use Incognito/Private mode while using ReadyToSubmit.
