Common reasons a signature gets rejected
Wrong file size
Portals reject signatures outside their exact notice range. Current RRB NTPC CEN 06/07/2026 specifies 30KB to 49KB; SSC, IBPS, and other RRB CENs may differ.
Wrong format
Many portals accept JPG or JPEG only, so PNG exports often fail even when the image looks fine.
Dirty background
