Why do I need to join the front and back of my ID?
Many portals only provide a single upload button for 'ID Proof'. If you upload only the front, they cannot verify your address (which is on the back). Joining them into one image ensures your application isn't rejected.

What layout should I choose?
The 'Top & Bottom' layout is best if you plan to convert the image to a PDF later, as it fits well on an A4 page. The 'Side by Side' layout is best if you just need to upload a square/landscape image.
How do I compress the final image?
After you click 'Download Joined Image', you can use our 100KB or 200KB compressor tools to reduce the file size if the portal requires it.
