IBPS RRB XV upload requirements
The current RRB XV upload guideline requires separate files for the photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration. The application system validates dimensions, file size, format, and clarity independently, so a file can fail even when another requirement is correct.
Scan at a minimum of 200 DPI where applicable, use the applicant's own clear files, and do not write the declaration in capital letters. The generated output is a preparation aid, not a replacement for the official notification or application preview.
How to prepare your RRB files
- Start with a sharp original photo or scan on a light background.

Official IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration Text
Mandatory Text (Must be handwritten by candidate in black ink):
“I, __________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will submit the supporting documents as and when required.”
Important Rules: For the linked CRP-RRBs-XV guideline, write it in English in your own handwriting and do not use capital letters. Check the active notice for exceptions; the current guideline describes a special exception for candidates who cannot write.
