Frequently asked questions

Does this remove or whiten the background automatically?

No. This flow crops and exports the photo. It does not remove a real-world background.

Can I use this for exam photo uploads too?

Yes, especially when you need tighter passport-style framing before resizing or compressing the result.

What if my portal asks for exact pixels instead of passport size?

Use the Pixel Resizer when the form gives explicit width and height requirements.

Why was my 35x45 mm photo rejected?

A portal may reject a photo because of the wrong pixel dimensions, aspect ratio, background, JPG format, face framing, or file-size limit. Physical size alone is not enough; compare the downloaded file with the active official instructions.
