1

Upload the faded signature

The tool works with phone photos, scanner output, or WhatsApp-forwarded images.

2

Adjust contrast and threshold

Slide the contrast up until the ink strokes are crisp and dark. Use the threshold slider to remove grey noise from the paper.

3

Download and compress

Save the enhanced signature, then compress it to the required KB limit if needed.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my signature too light for upload?

This usually happens when you photograph a signature with a phone camera under poor lighting. The camera auto-adjusts exposure, making the ink look faded. It can also happen with light-colored pens or old ink.

Will enhancing contrast make it look unnatural?

No. The tool increases the difference between ink and paper. At normal settings, it simply makes the signature look like it was signed with a fresh, dark pen. Only extreme settings will cause artifacts.

Can I use this for thumb impressions too?

Yes. The contrast enhancer works on any scanned ink mark - signatures, thumb impressions, stamps, or handwritten text.
