Use a black or dark blue pen on plain white paper. Take a photo with your phone in good lighting - natural daylight works best. Avoid flash, which creates hard shadows around the ink.
Upload and auto-crop around the ink
The tool scans for non-white pixels and crops tightly around your signature strokes, leaving a small margin for breathing room. Review the crop and adjust manually if needed.
Download and upload to DocuSign
